A unique opportunity to design and construct a 20,000m2 warehouse in Penrith, NSW for clients in the timber wholesale business. Constructed from Hyspan LVL box-beam portal frames, with a span of 32m and bay spacing of 15m. Over 1000m3 of LVL and plywood was used during fabrication.
