COMPLETION

2024

In 2021, a 120 year old three storey building known as The Boot Factory, situated in Bondi Junction underwent reconstruction for the Waverley Council, to breathe new life towards an historic building. Originally constructed in 1892, the once recognised shoe-making factory had been abandoned since 2007. Despite it's neglect, the community pushed their efforts to have the landmark restored. With the assistance of Archer Office and the council who came up with a solution to reinvent the building, while also maintaining its heritage. Thus began the reconstruction.

Included was supply of unique Masslam floor slab panels. Also, a featured curved cut GL18 rafters radiating to the apex skylight, and 52 tapering Glulam beams.
