Designed by Sunpath Architects, this certified carbon positive house meets and exceeds this brief with exceptional energy efficiency, minimal environmental impact and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Prefabricated in our factory and delivered to site for installation by the owners themselves, Specialised Timber Fabrication supplied the exposed timber trusses that feature throughout the house. The dark-stained trusses create dynamic ceilings that define the different living zones throughout the house, with the timber bringing a connection to the natural environment within the built space.
