Situated in Bowen St in the CBD of Melbourne, the RMIT Garden Building is a 3-storey timber-concrete composite (TCC) structure.

Pre-fabricated in our factory, the units were shipped to site with the concrete slab pre-poured.

This pre-fabrication reduced on site construction time and labour costs, with the whole structure installed in only 15 days. 100m3 of GL18 Glulam supplied by ASH based in Gippsland Victoria.
