The GovHub located in Ballarat, finished its development of new offices in 2022. Specialised Timber Fabrication was tasked with fabricating 7 LVL box beam portal frames, connected by rectangular hollow sections which provided support.
The total approximate space measured as 13.5m (w) x 26m (L) x 8.5m (h).
