The Northcote beams involved the installation of a multi-layered structural plywood system that provided a unique ability to create geometrical shapes in this parametric roof model, assembled on-site from prefabricated components. Each piece of the roof framing was prefabricated in our factory and transported to site for assembly. The project earned significant attention for its sustainability achievements and clever design, and is something Specialised Timber Fabrication were proud to be a part of.
