This fully prefabricated timber structural system was constructed in our Victoria workshop and delivered to Sydney, with all components carefully prefinished prior to erection. Structural design and detailing were provided by TGA Engineers for the connections and acted as a structural design consultant on other components of the timber design.

The 280mm x 280mm GL18 Victorian Ash glulam sections were precisely fabricated by STF to a high level of detail. All connections were test-fitted to ensure accuracy on site, resulting in an easy and effective installation. TGA Engineers brought the Architect’s dream to life by drawing on the experience of our designers and detail-oriented shop team.
