Mass timber systems provide a specialised building system, with acoustic, dynamics, structural and fire performance. These systems are suitable to prefab systems and multi storey construction. Mass timber can be fabricated from hardwood or softwood Glulam as well as LVL. LVL provides the same benefits as Glulam systems but, also provides the ability to offer hidden connections and curved, round or prismatic geometry.
